3. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the purchase of digital content (E-books) in the online store.
1. E-books are digital products delivered by electronic means.
2. A device with an installed PDF reader (or another format specified in the product description) is required to use the E-book.
3. An order is placed by selecting a product, completing the order form, and clicking the purchase confirmation button.
4. The E-book shall be delivered within 12 hours of receipt of payment by sending the file to the Purchaser's e-mail address.
1. Prices quoted on the website are gross prices and include all applicable taxes.
2. The Seller uses secure electronic payment operators.
1. A Purchaser who is a consumer, by ordering an E-book and consenting to its delivery before the expiry of the withdrawal period, waives the right to withdraw from the contract (refund) in accordance with Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
2. The moment the download link for the E-book is made available constitutes full performance of the obligation by the Seller.
1. In the event of technical problems with downloading the file, the Purchaser should contact the Seller by e-mail.
2. E-books are protected by copyright. The Purchaser is entitled to use them solely for personal use. Their reproduction, sharing with third parties, or resale is prohibited.
1. The controller of personal data is the Seller. Data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfilment and (optionally) issuing an invoice, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
1. Polish law shall apply to matters not regulated herein.
2. Consumer disputes may be resolved amicably, including through the EU's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
